Following the success of June's Sunrise Beach Yoga at the Summer Solstice, I decided why not make this a monthly thing over these gorgeous summer months because what's not to love about yoga on the beach, as the sun rises with the ocean as our backdrop?
Afterwards please feel free to join me for a swim (remember to bring your swimming cozzie and a towel), and a cuppa at the cafe on the beach.
What's included in the price of your ticket:
- Prānāyāma (breath work)
- Āsana (yoga)
- Meditation
All proceeds from ticket sales (minus the eventbrite admin fee) will go towards teaching resources, and getting me to Lombok (Indonesia) in May 2026 where I'll be volunteering at a foundational school for underprivileged children. If you'd like to make additional donations (first of all, thank you!!) please speak to me at one of our beach yoga sessions or email me for more details. or maybe you can't make a beach yoga practice but you'd love to sponsor a place for someone else (again, thank you!), simply purchase the ticket in your name & send me an email letting me know your intentions & the persons name, or alternatively, I'll ensure the ticket goes to someone who really needs it!
