About this event

You are invited to a ‘Sunrise Sound Meditation' on Friday 1st October

Although the session begins at 8.30am, please arrive 5 minutes early to allow some time before the session to get settled, ready and cosy. You may like to have blankets, cushions, a drink of water and a place to be where you won’t be disturbed. You may also wish to have with you a journal and pen.
