Join me every Tuesday evening from 7:45–8:30pm (UK time) for a welcoming online Hatha Flow yoga class, designed to release tension, relax the body, and soothe the mind.
These sessions are perfect for beginners through to intermediate yogis. We’ll combine grounding breathwork, gentle stretches, and mindful flow sequences to leave you feeling relaxed, centred, and refreshed.
🧘 What to expect:– A friendly, supportive online class accessible to all levels– Breath-led movement to release stress and tension– A calming, heart-opening practice, focusing on cultivating compassion and gratitude 🙏– A positive way to end your day, all from the comfort of your home
✨ No previous yoga experience required : just bring yourself, a mat if you have one (a towel is absolutely fine too), and a device with Zoom. You can practice barefoot or with grippy socks ,whatever feels comfortable.
💷 Class cost: £7 per person🌍 With every booking, £1 is donated to humanitarian charities, including Al Jawad Camp youth centre in Gaza offering yoga to young people. Al Jawad Camp in Gaza, an inspiring community initiative led by journalist and activist Hadeel Al-Gharbawi.
The school offers a safe space for displaced children to continue their education, take part in creative activities like art and yoga, and access emotional support from a psychologist. Funds raised will help Hadeel keep the school running and provide essential supplies such as food and equipment for the children.
