What kind of yoga will it be?

A gentle vinyasa flow for the whole body, centred on breath-led movement  and more seated & restorative postures to help unwind & relax before bedtime.

What should I bring?

An open-mind, a personal towel, any drinks & snacks you may like. And maybe some warmer, comfy clothes & socks for this outdoor evening practice.

What about equipment?

All props are included in this outdoor experience,  from mats to blocks, bolsters & straps. Plus lavender eye pillows & blankets for savasana.

Question 4

What's a juicing experience?

Accepted Answer

Delivered to your mat at the end of savasana, in a traditional ayurvedic copper cup, nourishment on a cellular level, for both body and mind. A cold-pressed blend of friuts, veggies & herbs to help stimulate the immune system and aid digestion.

What's the mindful walk?

An opportunity to connect with the earth by practicing mindfulness 
& presence with every step. Gently and lightly making our way through the ancient woodland, with the wind rustling the leaves in the trees. A truly sensory experience.

Question 6

Will refreshments be available?

Accepted Answer

The cold-pressed juicing experience is complimentary. But any personal hot & cold drinks and snacks should be brought along with you. Maybe consider bringing a flask of herbal tea to watch the sunset with.

Question 7

What will the workshop consist of?

Accepted Answer

An opening circle with a small talk on the  8-limbs of yoga & intention setting. Breathing techniques & sunset salutations, followed by asana practice, extended savasana with juice at the end. A mindful walk & finishing with a closing circle and return to intentions as we sit a watch the sunset.

What about the Alpaca's?

Accepted Answer

They are friendly and gentle animals & will be with us at times whilst we practice yoga & sit to watch the sunset. But they are quite timid and prefer to be left in their own space, until they learn to trust new people. Alpaca's walks can be booked with the farm directly for future experiences.

What about bathroom facilities?

There is one cute & eco-friendly compost loo on site for guests to use.

Can I buy produce whilst I'm there?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can! Jane will be around and available to hand pick vibrant & fresh salad & herbs boxes on request plus the shop will be made available to have a look at any of the many hypoallergenic & eco-friendly alpaca products you can buy. Plus their own honey too! Great for gifting & mementos.
