There is access to the ground floor, where the swimming pool is located, via an internal lift. Our events take place in various locations across the UK. Please check the venue's website for more accessibility information.

Can I get a refund if I cannot attend due to illness or change in circumstance?

Unfortunately, according to our Terms and Conditions, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. However, you have the option to resell or transfer your tickets since we do not require names for entry.
