About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Come join me for a magical evening at St Ann’s Well Gardens as we watch the sunset among the beautiful, humble trees connecting to each other and most of all, the trees. It's the perfect way to unwind after your day, surrounded by nature's beauty to bring you back to what is important - connection with yourself, the people around you and nature.

MEETING POINT: IN FRONT OF THE GARDEN CAFE

EVENT LOCATION: ///elder.vines.pretty

After short informal introductions we will do a guided meditation and then drop into a deep presence with the gorgous trees. This get together is designed for you to experience the silence of nature, enjoying the warmth of the setting sun through the trees and to realize that these simple things can be enjoyed with others, in silence too :) Bring a blanket for your comfort, a non alcoholic drink and maybe some snacks for yourself or the squirells after!

I hope to meet you there and that I can show you the power of pure human presence in nature!

** This is an alcohol free, drug free event. Evereryone is welcome, LGBTQIA friendly, 18 years and older.

ABOUT YOUR ORGANISER:

Reka is a cuddle therapist, the founder of Hungarian Hug Haven. It is her mission to provide a safe, non judgemental space for people where they can feel the healing power of the human touch without expectations of it going further, a space where you can simply leave your worries behind, where you don't even have to talk if you don't want to, where you can just simply exist and ease into your breathing and the strokes and snuggles of another person, where there is no expectation to do or be anyone that is not you. Isolation, sadness, stress, grief, wanting to feel heard and seen are all very valid reasons to ask for the human closeness and touch we all need so much. During Reka’s group events or 1:1 sessions, you can leave all your masks behind.
