Sunset Yoga and Breathwork in the park

Come join us for a relaxing evening of yoga and breathwork at Willen Lake, Pagoda.

I've uploaded the location of the park on the map , but please note that it's indicative and can change slightly if there is a more suitable location nearby.

We will start with breathwork, followed by intuitive stretches or other movements, then Ashtanga vinyasa and finishing with a nice restorative sequence ♥️

Let's unwind and connect with nature as we flow through yoga poses and focus on our breath.

This event is perfect for all levels, whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out.

Bring your mat, water, and an open heart. Blanket for Savasana and layers!!!!
