Sunshine Booth by Holland & Barrett – A Free Event at the Trafford Centre

Step into our Sunshine Booth and bring a little brightness to your winter day. Enjoy up to 20 minutes in a calming, light-filled and gently heated space designed to help you pause and recharge. Our in-store experts will be on hand with winter wellness advice, and it's completely free and open to all.

The first 10 visitors at each location will receive a Holland & Barrett goody bag worth £50, including our Winter Wellness Bundle and extra wellness treats.

Important information:

· Please arrive early if you'd like to receive a goody bag. They're available on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 10 visitors.

Sunshine Booth Goody Bag Terms & Conditions:

Goody bags are limited to one per person and are available to the first 10 visitors to each Sunshine Booth location (Holland & Barrett Marble Arch, Cardiff Queen Street, and Manchester Trafford Centre). You must be over the age of 18 to receive a goody bag. To qualify, you must participate in the Sunshine Booth during the event dates (5th - 7th November 2025) at the respective locations. Goody bags will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and while stocks last. Holland & Barrett reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. No cash alternatives are available.
