SUP FITNESS SESSION


The Best possible complete body workout comes to the water in one of the most stunning locations in Surrey - The SHACs SUP Lagoon.
Are you looking for a way to increase your fitness and improve your core strength whilst giving you peace and tranquility and enjoying the beauty of the great outdoors? Well here it is! Our all new SUP Fitness Classes takes personal training techniques onto Stand Up Paddle Boards for a fitness program that is great fun and seriously effective.

Both SUP Yoga & SUP Fitness classes are designed with progressive exercises making them suitable for all abilities from newbies through to the highly toned athlete! Some SUP ability is required to participate in these classes. We highly recommend taking the SUP Taster prior to bookinga yoga or Fitness session.

About your instructor - Sasha: Passionate about being outdoors in a natural environment and about keeping fit and healthy. A keen marathon runner and #supbikerun triathlete. Sasha is qualified and experienced as: a Level 3 Personal Trainer; BSUPA SUP Instructor; ashtanga and vinyasa flow yoga and Pilates (Stott matwork) teacher. Sasha combines her skills and experience to help you achieve your own personal goals in a supportive and nurturing manner.

The SUP FITNESS SESSION which includes a SUP board and paddle are £25 per person per 1 hour session.
Free movement is beneficial but wetsuits can be hired at £10 per session if you feel the cold.
