Join us for our monthly Social Paddles and make new paddle friends while connecting with nature. We have combined the benefits of nature, friends and fun into a series of social adventure paddles, with a bit of mindful nature connection and play woven in depending on the energy of the group on the day!
These are run by an experienced SUP instructor, mindfulness leader, blue health coach and nature facilitator. Clare is also super happy to give tips on tequniques along the way!
There are various dates and locations accross Surrey and Sussex but lifts are also available from Shoreham Train Station for those who need*.
To book you must be able to stand or kneel for the duration and be able to self rescue - all paddlers must wear a wasit leash and buoyancy aid. Equipment is available to hire. If in doubt reach out to Clare below or book a lesson here.

14 July 10am - 1pm Basingstoke Canal, Mytchett
24 August 2.30 - 5.30pm R Adur Lancing to Bramber and Back
22 Sept 11-4 R Wey Godalming to Guildford additional fees for this day trip £10pp also open to beginners please add at check out
