We are pleased to invite suppliers to a focused one-hour webinar designed to help you navigate and get the most value from our tender processes, including the Competition Flexible Procedure. As a contracting authority committed to transparency and effective supplier engagement, we want to ensure that bidders clearly understand what we look for and when to engage with us.This session will walk you through the key touch points within our procurement journey where supplier interaction is encouraged and most beneficial. We are looking to produce a Bidder’s Playbook which will be a practical guide created from the supplier’s perspective, offering insight and advice on how to approach each stage of our tender processes.What the webinar aims to cover:

• An overview of our tender process
• Key engagement points during the Competitive Flexible Procedure
• What good supplier interaction looks like at each stage
• Bidder's Playbook - built with your input to pinpoint pain points and understand common areas of confusion
