Connecting with intention as we visualise and then embark on a journey of Sound Healing using Gongs & Singing Bowls.
About this event
In sacred space, Adalet from The Holistic Therapy Rooms will guide & lead you through a Visualisation as you escape the busyness of everyday life. This time is your time to mark the start of your week ahead. A time to feel nurtured, and supported.
Allowing your mind and body to surrender as the sound from the Gongs, Himalayan, Quartz Crystal & Alchemy Singing Bowls resonate through you taking you into that deeper and peaceful space.
You will be bathed in sound (there is no water involved) enabling the frequencies from the gongs to stimulate your brainwaves into a dream/sleep like state. At times you may notice insight or 'aha' moments as the Gong delivers clarity to your thoughts or simply scatters and fragments them as part of a release.
Benefits of a Sound Bath or Gong Bath:
- Helps to quieten the mind
- Release emotional and energetic blocks thereby giving a clearing effect
- Releases tension in the body
- Balances the left and right hemispheres of the brain
- Can help to release what no longer serves us and change old behavioural patterns and habits
