Dr. Thomas Kehler represents a singular voice in artificial intelligence—one of the few practitioners whose career spans AI's complete evolution from symbolic systems through modern transformer architectures. With over 50 years of pioneering contributions, Dr. Kehler serves as Chief Scientist, CEO and Co-Founder of CrowdSmart, where he has developed Generative Collective Intelligence: a patented approach integrating human reasoning with artificial intelligence to solve the complex decision-making challenges that define organizational success. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Drexel University, has authored over 20 publications across artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and physics, and holds four patents in AI-amplified human intelligence. His tenure as Industry Faculty at UC Berkeley (2010-2019) and service on the Information Technology Advisory Board of the National Research Council reflect his commitment to bridging theoretical advances with commercial application.
