Even the best of us struggle with having healthy emotional boundaries. Whether it's reacting to your kids badly or unconsciously taking on someone else's negative energy, we can all lose our centre if we don't have clear boundaries in place for ourselves. This is especially important if you use this 'power' in your work, so you don't burn yourself out!

What do these boundaries look and feel like? And how do we create and maintain them? Is it really possible?!

This is what we'll be exploring in this unique webi-workshop!

AS A YOGA TEACHER AND COGNITIVE SCIENTIST, I UNDERSTAND THE POWER OF THE MIND AND ITS ABILITY TO TRANSFORM THE MOST FUNDAMENTAL DETAILS OF OUR BEING, AND LIVES.

But I believe seated meditation, mindfulness or mindset work is NOT enough to create this lasting habit change for the majority of us. That’s why this webi-workshop will include a fun, yoga-based warm-up to get your energies shifting, plus dedicated pranayama (conscious breathing) practice for increased self-awareness and control.

We’re a whole system: body, breath, mind, power and spirit. To initiate real transformation, you need to honour all five parts.


WORKSHOP DETAILS

Thursday 13th April, 3pm GMT (7am PDT / 10am EDT / 11pm JST). The webi-workshop will last an hour.

We meet via Zoom, right from your own phone of computer. The link will be sent to you upon confirmation of payment. A replay recording will also be available to download for 48 hours after the event.

HEADS UP: This is a LIVE energy workshop, in which you will be partaking in yoga, breath and meditation exercises. If you have any medical conditions/injuries which may affect your practice, and you feel I should be aware of, please let me know in advance. By taking part in this workshop you acknowledge that your body and overall wellbeing are your own responsibility.

What do I need to bring / wear?

Bring yourself, some peace and quiet, and your full attention! Wear comfy clothes that a you to breathe and move openly and fully.

What will we be doing?

Think of it as an in-depth yoga and meditation class. We'll be seated for the most part, and will warm up the spine with some simple exercises. We will also be employing breath work and meditation/visualisation.
