We'll begin with a slow and spacious yoga flow to reconnect with the body and breath, followed by a short introduction to aum alchemy, our adaptogen-infused peanut butter created to support energy, mood, and balance.

After the practice, stay for a mindful tasting of our three blends: mind, body, and soul and learn more about the ancient wisdom of adaptogens in modern life.

This is an intimate and welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and share with likeminded souls.
