Five beautiful cities. Five amazing races. One glorious mission. For the fun of running. For the thrill of travel. And the joy of saying 'I did it!'

The elite runners of the world travel from city to city, from race to race and challenge to challenge. They do it for the glory, for fame and the record books.

Well, SuperHalfs is our way of sending you and other regular runners off on your own running adventure.

It’s a series of five glorious half marathons that will take you to Lisbon, Prague, Copenhagen, Cardiff and Valencia.

  • Sportisimo Prague Half Marathon: 5th September 2021
  • EDP Lisbon Half Marathon: 12th September 2021
  • Copenhagen Half Marathon: 19th September 2021
  • Cardiff Half Marathon: 3rd October 2021
  • Valencia Half Marathon: 24th October 2021

Sue Ryder supports people through the most difficult times of their lives. Whether that’s a terminal illness or the loss of a loved one – we’re there when it matters.

For over 65 years, our doctors, nurses and carers have given people the compassion and expert care they need to help them live the best life they possibly can.

It will cost us around £48m to run our healthcare services next year. We expect to receive £30.4m in statutory funding, so we will need to raise £17.3m through donations or funds raised by incredible supporters like you. 

84p in every £1 spent goes towards delivering specialist patient care and support in our hospices and in the community.
