Join team KIDS for the only disability sports series available. This summer challenge will see participants taking on elements of a Triathlon - with multiple distances and choices available, there really is something for each everyday superhero!

Registration Fee: £10

Minimum Sponsorship: £100 per person, or £250 for a team of 3

The superhero triathlon invites everyday superheros to tackle a triathlon, either solo or as part of a team.

Choose your Challenge:

You can Team Up: In groups of either 2 or 3 you can relay and take on either:

Sprint - Swim 150m, Bike 3k, Push/run 1k. Recommended minimum age: 5 (or 2 if being pushed)
Half - Swim 400m, Bike 10k, Push/run 2.5k. Recommended minimum age: 9 (or 2 if being pushed)
Full - Swim 750m, Bike 20k, Push/run 5k. Recommended minimum age: 9 (or 2 if being pushed)

You can Grab a Sidekick: Who will accompany your superhero round the course. There are canoes and dinghies to tow in the water and man different ways to push/pull round the rest of the route. Take on either:

Sprint - Swim 150m, Bike 3k, Push/run 1k. Recommended minimum age for superhero: 5, Recommended minimum age for sidekick: 15
Half - Swim 400m, Bike 10k, Push/run 2.5k. Recommended minimum age for superhero: 5, Recommended minimum age for sidekick: 15
Full - Swim 750m, Bike 20k, Push/run 5k. Recommended minimum age for superhero: 5, Recommended minimum age for sidekick: 15

You can Fly Solo: Take on either:

Sprint - Swim 150m, Bike 3k, Push/run 1k. Recommended minimum age: 5, under 12's must be accompanied by an adult
Half - Swim 400m, Bike 10k, Push/run 2.5k. Recommended minimum age: 12
Full - Swim 750m, Bike 20k, Push/run 5k. Recommended minimum age: 15

All funds raised go towards supporting disbaled children, young people and their families.
