SuperMoon in Taurus Sound Bath
Overview
This SuperMoon is the second of three in 2025.
We gather to rest in stillness, to ground our spirit and open our hearts. Taurus invites us to root deeply into the Earth's energy this Autumn as we mirror to pause, slow down and cultivate a profound sense of inner peace.
This Full Moon is historically known as the Frost Moon. A time that marks the preparation for Winter and the first frosts. This potent SuperMoon invites us to connect with our emotional body and look within for insight and reflection just as the Moon influences the tides so to does this cosmic mirror influence the emotional currents within us, reflecting what needs to acknowledged and released.
We begin with a gentle visualisation and journey before moving into the rich sound tapestry from the majestic Gongs, the ancient sounds and overtones of the Himalayan Singing Bowls followed by the Crystal and Alchemy Singing Bowls with their pure crystalline tones. Weaving in vocals, Chimes and Shamanic percussion, our sound journey will be multifaceted clearing stagnant energy and restoring balance, your time to rest and restore.
Benefits:
In Sacred Space you will be fully supported as the soundscape:
- Harmonises your nervous system to shift any stress into deep relaxation
- Calms the mind, promoting restorative sleep
- Promotes clarity, fresh perspectives and insight
- This is a time to restore your energy field, energy centres and your inner sanctum at a cellular level.
As you rest in stillness, these sacred instruments will bathe you in their healing frequencies, this is your invitation to pause, to receive, and to align with the abundant, stabilising energy of Taurus under the magnificent Super Moon.
