Overview

A new half day module, to help those who supervise others to be better informed on supporting supervisees who feel overwhelmed by ministry.

This training module is for Supervisors who wish to explore the way they might better support those supervisees who come to them expressing concerns about being overworked or overwhelmed.

It will be a 3.5 Hours session led by Revd Yvonne Pearson and include expert input from Mark Stobert.

Mark is a Methodist minister and has been Lead Chaplain at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust amongst other roles. Over time he has developed an interest in models of trauma support and in reflective practice. He is approved to supervise under the policy as well as being professionally qualified. Mark has an MA in Psychodynamic Counselling and is a member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
