This training session on supervision skills for those working in supported accommodation and or children's homes and will focus on developing effective supervisory practices to enhance staff performance and ensure high-quality care for children and young people.

The session will cover goal setting, handling difficult conversations, and identifying professional development opportunities for staff. By the end of the training, supervisors will be equipped with the skills to motivate, guide, and support their teams while ensuring compliance with standards and improving overall service delivery in supported accommodation settings.
