A cosy & casual supper club in Southsea, with a gorgeous menu featuring local, seasonal and responsibly sourced foods.
I’ve been working with and cooking Italian food for many years, and have had countless trips to Italy - just for the food. For this menu, I’m pulling together some of my favourite recipes, and will even be dusting off the pasta machine ;)
January can be a dull month, so a little Italian indulgence should be well deserved!
For the 28th January, the menu will be as follows...
Classic antipasti of cured meats, cheeses, salads
Deep fried homemade ravioli
Homemade rosemary focaccia
Slowly roasted free-range porchetta stuffed with pine nuts, sultanas and fennel
Roasted squash and chilli frittata (vegetarian option)
Creamy polenta with garlic and pesto
Seasonal veg, well dressed
Tea & Coffee
Supper clubs are commonplace in London, but a rarity in Southsea! For those not familiar with the concept, the format is this:
Bring your own alcoholic drinks
Arrive at the venue, receive a welcome drink and get thoroughly looked after
I will cook and serve a 3 course meal, after which you can stay for coffee, or leave when you’re ready
Feel free to book single or multiple tickets, as you can mingle and chat with other diners around a large communal table.
