It's the first Supper Club of 2017 and chefs Katherine and Josh have created a Valentines themed menu, with plenty of aphrodisiacs to get the romance alive! Join us for five courses of fine dining food as the main pub closes and turns into a restaurant for one evening.
1st - Celeriac remoulade, puree & crisps, pomegranate, truffle, crispy quail egg
2nd - Panko breaded oysters, beetroot tuile, pickeled & pureed, oyster gel, horseradish, arugula cress
3rd - Partridge breast & leg, brussels, bacon, chocolate, pear ketchup, champagne gravy
4th - Chocolate panna cotta, macca ice cream, banana blow torched & tuile, toffee gel, chocolate chip cookie crumble
5th - black bomber cheese, apple & ale chutney, grapes, celery, pistachio & apricot toast
