Overview
Advice and strategies for parent carers to help a child recognise and manage their anxiety.
This workshop is for parent carers of children and young people aged 0-25 with additional needs or disabilities (with or without a diagnosis) in the UK.
We might all feel anxious at times, but it can be difficult to understand and manage anxiety in children.
This online workshop will cover:
· What anxiety is and how it makes your child feel
· The causes, signs, and different types of anxiety
· Strategies to help your child recognise and manage their anxiety
There will also be time for questions, discussion, and signposting to further sources of advice and support.
