Support Planning in Supported Accommodation

This training session on support planning for providers of supported accommodation will focus on creating effective, person-centered support plans that meet the individual needs of young people.

Participants will learn the key elements of a comprehensive support plan, including how to assess needs, set realistic goals, and develop strategies for achieving those goals. The session will also cover the importance of involving young people in the planning process, regularly reviewing and updating plans, and ensuring that support is tailored to promote independence and wellbeing.
