Event description

Description

There are estimated to be more than 14,000 victims of human trafficking and modern-day slavery living in the UK today, with 70% passing through or remaining in Greater London. 55% of trafficking and enslaved victims are women. Despite the increasing number of victims being identified and rescued in the UK, there are still large gaps in care and resources available to help them upon being freed.

In one of the hidden architectural treasures of London, St Mary's Church, Cadogan Street, the Janus Ensemble alongisde soloists Ariana Kashefi (cello) and Oliver Wass (harp) will present an evening of music in aid of Caritas Bakhita House & Saint John Of God Hospitaller Services.

Two part concert with drinks and food during the intermission.
