🌙 Support with Sleep – Online Workshop for Parents & Carers

Is your child finding it hard to wind down at night? Struggling with getting enough good-quality sleep? You're not alone! Many families face challenges with bedtime routines, especially in today’s busy, tech-filled world.

In this relaxed and supportive session, we’ll explore what affects children's sleep and why it can be so hard for them to switch off, even when they're tired. We’ll look at how everyday habits (including screen use) might be playing a part and, most importantly, what you can do to help.

This workshop will give you:✅ A clearer understanding of what’s going on when children struggle with sleep✅ Practical strategies to build calmer, more consistent bedtime routines✅ Tools to support better sleep – for your child and for you✅ Confidence to set healthy boundaries in a positive, stress-free way

Whether your child takes ages to fall asleep, wakes up too early, or just isn’t getting the rest they need, this session is here to support you.

This session is designed for parents and carers of primary school-aged children who are struggling with sleep routines. Whether your child has trouble falling asleep, wakes frequently, or just seems tired all the time, this workshop is here to help.

Do I need to have a specific sleep issue to join?

Not at all! If you’re simply looking to better understand your child’s sleep or pick up some helpful strategies, you’re more than welcome.

Will you be talking about screen time?

We will touch briefly on how screen use can affect children’s sleep, but the main focus is on practical, positive steps you can take to support better rest for your child – whatever your family’s routine looks like.

Is this session suitable for teenagers?

The workshop is most relevant to parents of primary and early secondary-aged children. We have a separate workshop specifically focused on teenagers.
