The Lightning Reach portal is a one-stop solution that enables people to easily and securely find and apply for financial support from a wide range of regional and national support organisations.
In this session, we’ll provide a demo of the support worker feature of the Lightning Reach portal, showing how support workers can create client profiles, discover available support, and apply on behalf of their clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to discuss the challenges you face when seeking or providing support for your clients, engage with other support providers, and ask questions to the Lightning Reach team.
