I will be discussing in detail specific herbs that are most applicable to support the nervous system, in response to stress and the many demands placed upon us. Learn about effective calming herbs, and also herbs that brighten mood and boost mental function.

Sample some delicious herbal tea blends, elixirs and get tips and recipes for making your own remedies. As a practising herbalist with more than 30 years experience, I enjoy holding events to give people lots of practical and useful tips to manage their health and keep well.
