Following great feedback from our first revamped meeting, we’re continuing with our new format designed to create space for deeper conversations, shared learning, and practical ideas you can take away. We’ll once again break into small groups to give everyone space to share openly, explore challenges, and swap ideas. We’ll then come back together to share insights and learn across roles.
We will be joing by Rachael Baker, a a SEND specialist relationships and sex educator, working with young people and adults with learning disabilities, and the professionals who support them. Rachael’s upcoming book explores ways to address sexualised behaviour with dignity through relationships and sex education and through targeted intervention, offering strategies to support people with learning disabilities to understand masturbation and be able to make informed choices relating to their sexuality.
Join us for another energising and thoughtful conversation!
