This session will be delivered by Speech and Language Therapists and Speech and Language Advisors.

Audience: EYFS practitioners in all Early Years Settings and KS1 teams.

Aims of the session include:

  • To have a greater knowledge of children’s understanding of language
  • An overview of Information Carrying Words and Blank Level Questions, how to assess, support and implement into practise
  • To increase confidence in using practical strategies in supporting children’s understanding of language
