Supporting children with ADHD
By Black Country PINS ONLY
Overview
(including supporting their well-being)
Explore the complexities of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and acquire practical strategies to support children who have difficulties with attention, impulsivity, and emotional regulation. This course offers a clear, compassionate overview of the difficulties associated with ADHD and explores how this can impact on children’s self-esteem, wellbeing and relationships. We explore a neuro-affirming approach to developing supporting, inclusive environments that are sensitive to the needs of children and young people with ADHD.
