Supporting Children With Bereavement Counselling CPD workshop is run by a qualified counsellor and teacher with extensive experience of working with children and adults who have experienced trauma.

This CPD is also suitable for teachers, school well being officers, social workers and other professionals who work with children.

How honest should we be with children about death? This thought provoking workshop will look at the difficult questions that surround death. This CPD is aimed at practicing counsellors and therapists, counselling students, teachers, school well-being officers, Early Years staff and other professionals that work with children and young people who have lost a close relative.

This session will explore the psychology of grief and give some practical ways to support children who are experiencing bereavement.

This training will count towards the CPD requirements of practicing counsellors.

Our CPD workshops are incredibly popular and spaces are strictly limited. Please book now to secure your place.
