The links between child development, previous experiences, the learning environment and behaviour.

Working in partnership with parents/carers, setting the scene and gathering information before a child starts at your setting.

What to do when there are concerns about a child's behaviour, including evaluating the environment, strategies and sources of further support.


All participants will receive a personalised attendance certificate, copies of slides and a 26 page PDF Behaviour Toolkit which contains:

· 29 point environmental behaviour audit and action plan for settings

· Developing basic attention and listening skills

· Further activities to develop attention and listening skills
