As the Covid-19 pandemic continues, inevitably Head Teachers, Senior Staff and all involved in schools across the UK are feeling significant pressures. This online event has been designed specifically to support your wellbeing and help you to manage your current situation. It is created to allow you the space to reflect on the personal and professional challenges you face and to develop methods and strategies to help you make a positive difference for yourself and others. Now is a time for care and compassion, starting with your own self-care.
Why You Should Consider Attending
You often depend on your own network of colleagues for support. This event is for participants across the UK, providing a wide perspective. You are not alone!
- To provide you with concrete strategies and tools for managing your situation, no matters what it is
- To support your own resilience, mindset and health
- To enable positive outcomes as a result of using methods, tools and techniques
- To engage with others in similar positions across the UK and build positive alliances
- To impact positively on you and others, such as pupils and staff
- To create strength in your approaches now and in the future
Maximum of ten participants to enable a balance of discussion and individual involvement. To manage demand, places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Event Format
The event follows a mixture of directed approaches, presentation, discussion and workshop activity. Using Zoom as the platform, it provides a structured approach to help you to identify specific issues, understand them better, provide a model for supporting you, practical tools to help you, and opportunities for planning and possible further engagement.
It is a one-day event from 9.30 to 3.30 with breaks and lunch built into the schedule as appropriate.
Following this day, the option to continue to participate in additional one-hour long follow-up group workshop sessions and individual 1-1 coaching sessions is available.
