This webinar is relevant for all interested in financing energy efficiency improvements but focuses on the lessons learned by the GHFA projects that are relevant to social housing providers (Local authorities, housing associations), private housing providers (housebuilders, landlords) and property websites (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket etc.).

The Green Home Finance Accelerator (GHFA), part of the UK Government’s Net Zero Innovation Portfolio (NZIP) will provide up to £20 million in grant funding to support the design, development and piloting of a range of finance propositions that encourage domestic energy efficiency, low carbon heating, and micro-generation retrofit in the owner-occupied and private rented sectors.
