In this final forum session we look to the future developments that are and can take place, including looking at Somerset’s Transformation Plan, Family Connections and Trauma Informed Practice.

We will also spend time rounding up our learning from the weeks events and take the opportunity to agree what suggestions and actions to take forward to help improve the mental health support available to the children and young people across the county.
