Description

The Bridge SARC is hosting this 2 day training course designed and delivered by the Centre for Gender and Violence Research at The University of Bristol. It is designed to equip health, social care and other practitioners to identify and respond to the needs of refugee, asylum-seeking and other vulnerable migrant women who have experienced rape or sexual assault. It covers legal issues, cultural contexts and service pathways, helping you to provide appropriate support whether the sexual violence was perpetrated in the UK, in the country of origin, or on the journey here.
