Programme covered:
The training will take place remotely via Zoom.
The course is designed to increase your confidence in approaching difficult conversations with trainees in difficulty.
The training session will cover identifying a trainee in difficulty and inform you of the options available for the trainee.
You will learn more about SuppoRTT (supported return to training) and how it can be helpful in signposting the trainee to helpful recourses that will make their return to training smooth.
During the course attendees will be expected to volunteer and take part actively in the simulated scenarios.
