A few words on your work: If you are currently working in or conducting research or audit in the social care area or the interface between health and social care, or you are involved in innovations in these areas, we would be very interested to know in what areas you are working. The information will help attendees know who is doing what, where, and will help facilitate contact between researchers, practitioners, commissioners and users of the service with common interests.

In the Eventbrite form, we will be asking you:

  1. Whether or not you are happy to share your name and contact details with event attendees.
  2. Whether or not you are happy, in addition, to share a brief description of your work with event attendees.
  3. Whether or not you would be happy to share your name, contact details and research interests publicly via the RDS South Central website, to facilitate collaborative research.

Please indicate your consent or otherwise to share your information in the three ways listed above on the Eventbrite form. Thank you.
