Easy ways to support team Wellbeing in small and micro businesses. 'Helping you thrive from 9-5'.
About this event
The most valuable asset to a company is its people. Happy people are more resilient, they perform better at work, need less time off sick and are less likely to resign from their role. (Mind research quote '42% (of staff interviewed) had considered resigning when asked how workplace stress had affected them).
Denise and Helen are delighted to invite you to this 45 minute session where we share easy ways for you to support team Wellbeing in your small business. We'll look at simple behaviours and skills that impact the sense of feeling valued and supported at work, experience relaxation tools that can be done anywhere, anytime and enjoy some ‘reflection’ time to look at your business culture and personal care.
Here at Wellbeing@Work, we understand how important your business is to you (we are a small business too) and that your team spends such a big part of their lives supporting your business. Our passion is making Wellbeing accessible to everyone by supporting you and your business.
'A staggering 70 million work days are lost each year due to mental health problems in the UK, costing employers approximately £2.4 billion per year' (mentalhealth.org.uk). For micro and small companies, the impact of just one team member off sick for more than a few days can be significant.
This event will allow you to experience our LIVE Wellbeing@Work sessions as well as begin to explore how you might support your team. Although all good companies want to support staff Wellbeing, it seems that many don’t feel they have the right training or guidance (Mind research quote '56% of employers said they would like to do more to improve staff wellbeing but don't feel they have the right training or guidance'.)
If you would like to know more, please get in touch and take a look at our website www.workplacewellbeingservies.co.uk. This might just be the event which brings meaningful change to the future of your business.
We look forward to meeting you!
