About this event

A night of Reels in aid of Supporting Wounded Veterans!

Dress code: Black Tie/ Suits and Dresses

Join us for SWV's 2nd annual Rollicking Reels.

The evening will start with welcome drinks and canapes at 6.30pm, followed by a night of reeling to a live band, SUPERGROUSE, with our caller, JOHN CARVER. Carriages at 11pm.

All abilities are welcome as the evening will include some instruction, but some prior experience is welcome.

We will also be holding a raffle with some fabulous prizes to win!

All money raised on the night will go to Supporting Wounded Veterans, who for the past 12 years have been supporting Veterans back into meaningful employment after they leave service.

Please note that there will be a card-only bar for further refreshments.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to have reeled before?

Some experience would be great, but newcomers are welcome too, as some instruction will be given on the night.

What time does it start and end?

Welcome drinks will be served from 6.30pm, with the Reeling starting at 7.15pm. Dancing and the bar will end at 10.30pm. Carriages at 11pm!

What is the dress code?

Dress code is Black Tie/Suits & Dresses

Is there a bar?

There is! Upon arrival you will receive tokens for your welcome drinks, and then after that there is a paid bar (card only, no cash please).

Is there food?

Yes! Canapes will be served at various times throughout the evening. If you have any queries about the contents of the food, please ask Polly on polly@swv.org.uk
