Who is this online workshop for?

This workshop is open to parents, carers, and guardians of children with complex needs and  disabilities, in particular profound and multiple learning disabilities `(PMLD). PMLD includes severe learning difficulty, and other disabilities that significantly affect communication and independence.

What do we mean by PMLD?

PMLD stands for Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities. Children with PMLD have more than one disability, including a profound learning disability. They often have complex health needs and may experience significant challenges with mobility, communication, and sensor
