Are you looking to employ young people in your workplace? Working with 18-30 year olds and want to know how best to support them?
About this event
18–30 year-olds are disproportionately affected by poor mental health, impacting work performance and absenteeism. Research shows that healthy employees are happier, more productive and more engaged. We know, from experience, the challenges faced by young people as they transition into working life and also the benefits of supporting managers to better understand these challenges.
Workshop details:
This workshop will offer you evidence-based insights to help you support your young people and ensure that they thrive in your organisation.
• pressure, performance and the benefits of boosting resilience
• recognise the early signs of strain in yourself and your people
• learn from your own first experiences of working life
• communicate in a way that will get the best out of your young employees
The session will be delivered using Zoom and will be interactive with a combination of break out rooms, open discussions and the opportunity to network and share experiences with other participants.
