SURE for Mental Health - Managing your Mind: Stress Webinar
Event Information
About this Event
As part of International Stress Awareness Week, join us to learn more about stress.
“A state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances.”Stress is something that can affect any of us, and in the demands of our modern society, and particularly throughout this current global situation, many of us are not a stranger to feeling stressed or overwhelmed. Over this 2-hour webinar, we look at types of stress, the impacts and costs of stress, and stress in the workplace. We also look at how to recognise our own stress levels, and look at ways to manage and cope with stress. There will be opportunity for discussion and interaction, and this webinar will be delivered via PowerPoint, breakout rooms and activities.
