About the Session
Menopause is a natural part of the aging process for women, however, for many, this can be a time of concern and anxiety as the body and mind go through a number of changes.
Alongside the reduction of hormones in our bodies, come a range of physical and psychological symptoms that can create feelings of insecurity, with mood swings, hot flushes and brain fog being just a few of the symptoms experienced at this time.
This session looks at the effects of those hormone changes, how it can impact on our physical and mental health. We will also explore natural and prescribed ways of helping to ease some of these symptoms, and tips on self help.
Although we recommend that you have your camera on to benefit from the full experience of this webinar, attending with your camera off is fine, too.
