Please note there are two sessions for this course and you should attend both.
Session 1 - 01/03/2021 - 1pm to 4pm
Session 2 - 08/03/2021 - 1pm to 4pm
Although we recommend that you have your camera on to benefit from the full experience of this webinar, attending with your camera off is fine, too.
By the end of the training the learner will be able to:
• Describe good Mental Health
• Recognise common Mental Health issues (such as Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia)
• Use skills to support someone who may be self-harming
• Describe some self-help techniques for Mental Health issues
• Will have an understanding of the skills needed to respond to someone who is suicidal and potentially preserve life.
Joining Instructions
1. A link and password to join the Zoom webinar will be emailed one day before the session and again one hour before the session. Please check your junk mailbox, if you have not received the link.
2. Upon joining the meeting, you will be put into a ‘waiting room’ until the host is ready to start. Five minutes after the start time, the webinar will close and no one else will be permitted to join.
