SURE for Mental Health - Mental Health Awareness Webinar
Event Information
About this Event
This mental health workshop is an introduction and awareness raising session of some common mental health issues. We take a look at depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and psychosis, and how they can present, including some information about responses to someone experiencing these issues, and some self-help techniques.
This session will have breakout rooms, discussion and audiovisuals, and will be as interactive as possible, as well as a presentation. Attendees will also be sent a booklet of information after the session, including some guides for support and a list of organisations and contacts.
