Invitation:
A 90-minute candlelit sound bath with the soothing frequencies of Alchemy crystal singing bowls, chimes, voice and other instruments to rebalance body, mind and emotions.
Soften and slow down with the healing vibrations of slow sound waves and deep relaxation. This evening session aims to help you feel rested and nurtured in community.
This is your invitation to be held with sacred sounds and make time and space for yourself, and journey inwards.
What To Expect:
I usually tend to be guided by the seasons and cycles we’re experiencing, but these evenings often include:
- A blend of guided meditation and breath awareness as you begin to journey through sound back home to yourself
- An opportunity to set a personal intention
- Immersion in sound vibrations and frequencies helping to rebalance body, mind and emotions
- Spaciousness and time at the end to ground back into your body, an important process after sound healing
- Journalling and self-reflective practices
Who is This For?
Anybody who would like to embrace slowing down through sound and give themselves the gift of receiving through the alchemy and science of sound healing.
What you Will Need:
- Wear something you can feel warm, comfy and cosy in
- Blanket
- Eye pillow if that helps you relax
- Journal (optional)
About Sound:
Sound can offer you a supportive opportunity to go deeper within and listen to your own inner voice that is always guiding you. We use sound healing and vibration as a modality to slow down and relax the nervous system. For this reason, they can be a wonderful way to relieve stress and support wellbeing.
Lorna works with Alchemy crystal singing bowls, voice, drum, chimes and more and her intention, always, is to bring you back to balance and the body’s natural state of equilibrium and harmony.
Please note: This sound journey isn't suitable for those with epilepsy, pace-makers/metal plates, severe mental health problems or those in their first trimester of pregnancy.

About Your Guide:
Lorna is a sound healer, yoga teacher and writer who is passionate about sharing real wellbeing tools for real people.
This journey began eight years ago on a yoga mat during a challenging time of her life in when chronic illness took its toll on her family and her own sense of self. Sound healing and yoga became a doorway to remembering her voice and the parts of herself she’d lost through experiencing trauma. This path led to qualifying as a Yoga Alliance accredited yin yoga teacher and studying both sound healing and sound therapy.
Through sound and meditation, mainly using the vibrational frequencies of Alchemy crystal singing bowls and her voice, her hope is to give you space to listen and remember the forgotten parts you.
