Surrey Airgun Open Meeting Sporter Rifle 23/24 November
Event Information
Description
All entrants must be aged 18 and under on the day of competition.
The course of fire is 15 mins set up time, 15 mins unlimited sighters followed by the competition which is 40 shots in 1 hour.
Saturday - Grand Prix Events
The top three scores will receive medals in both the:-
10m competition for those aged 12 and under supported
10m competition open to aged 18 and under standing
Equipment regulations: All rifles and equipment must comply with the NSRA rules which are here.
Air Arms S200 and MPRs will be available to borrow. Pellets will be available to purchase from the NSRA shop. Air refills will be available provided that competitors provide suitable hoses/adaptors.
Team Event
Team entries are welcomed from Counties, Scouts, Cadets and Clubs. Teams of 3 must be nominated before any competitor has commenced shooting. It is the responsibility of team captains to ensure that team entries and names have been supplied to the Organiser prior to shooting. Forms will be available from the Organiser on the day. The team members may shoot on either day. There is no charge for team entries.
Prizes
10m for 12 and under Grand Prix Supported - medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd
10m for Grand Prix Standing - medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd
Team - If less that 3 teams enter no prizes will be given but if more than 3 a Shield and medals will be awarded to the winning team
Sunday - Junior Championships
This is for any standing shooter. The top 8 from all the heats will go through to the final. The final will be held at 2.00 pm. The winning shooter will become the Surrey Junior Sporter Rifle Champion. A trophy will be awarded to the Surrey Champion and medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
