About this event

Overview

The Covid-19 pandemic has plunged many businesses into crisis – not because they have failed or made poor decisions but because of the challenges thrust upon them.

During the last 10 months, many business owners have lost revenue or clients, experienced a reduction in profitability, had clients defer work or freeze contracts, been forced to juggle home working with home schooling and not been able to (or known) how to grow their business.

It’s very easy to get sucked into collective hysteria around what’s going on and, with strong signs of an economic rebirth coming, there are opportunities for business owners to not only survive, but also to thrive if they are prepared to be agile, think differently and adapt where needed.

Who is it For?

This programme has been designed for business owners running service companies that are generating up to £300k in annual revenue or have no more than 6 x employees.

You’ll join an intimate group of 12 x business owners who will meet weekly for 3 x weeks via Zoom for 2-hours of no-fluff, no-nonsense, straight-talking on growing your business in current times. You’ll also have access to a private forum to engage outside the sessions.

• We’ll provide you with the mindset tools needed so that you can think clearly and with perspective and avoid the “group think” that so easily strangles objective thinking;

• We’ll work on the measures needed to build both pipeline and growth opportunities during Covid-19 and on being ready to shift gears when normal returns so that you can capitalise on the new opportunities that will emerge post-lockdown;

• We’ll help you to get clear on the things you should be doing right now and the opportunities Covid-19 affords you to fix or improve issues within your business;

• We’ll provide you with an intimate support structure and the benefit of 12 x other business owners as your own mastermind to share experiences and collectively solve challenges.

The Proof This Works

29 business owners have participated in this programme so far. One business owner described it as “an incredible five weeks of actionable advice on growing your business in difficult times. Possibly the best programme I’ve been a part of”, another said it was “mentoring on steroids”, whilst another said “this has been amazing for me and has energised me and given me lots of hope in a time when I felt I have been walking through treacle and not known how to get out of it”.
